How long is the eSIM for North America valid?

The eSIM for North America is valid for the duration you buy. When the plan ends, the phone number is terminated.

How do I install the North America travel eSIM?

On iPhone: connect to reliable Wi-Fi, wait for the notification that your T-Mobile cellular plan is ready, and tap it to install. If no notification appears, go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add Cellular Plan and select the T-Mobile plan. On Android: connect to Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > Add Mobile Plan > Scan carrier QR code, scan the QR code and tap Confirm.

How do I activate my North America eSIM?

Send an activation request on our activation page and choose your activation date. We activate it on that date and email you a confirmation with your phone number. It only works once it connects to a local network, so it will not connect before you arrive; switch on data roaming when you are there.

Will my phone work with the North America travel eSIM?

Ok, but less coverage than other carriers

Easy purchase. Easy setup. Includes a us phone number which is good.

Carrier is T-Mobile. Coverage is ok but not great. Other carriers are better.

Wunderbar - jederzeit wieder!

Hatten eine "eSIM für Nordamerika" für unsere Reise nach USA und Kanada gekauft. Diese wurde pünktlich zum gewünschten Termin aktiviert. Die esim habe ich per QR Code "eingelesen" und konnte sie dann über den Sim Manager (Android/Samsung) konfigurieren. Nach der Landung einfach nur das Handy einmal neu gestartet und es hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Als Tipp: in Kanada musste ich das Handy nochmal neu starten. Es wurde mir zwar Telus als Anbieter angezeigt, aber WhatsApp und Maps waren der Meinung ich hätte keinen Datentarif.
