How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, we recommend submitting your activation request 3-5 days before your travel date. Activation is processed in Pacific Standard Time and may take up to 24 hours to complete.

Nice but missing Hotspot

Everything was nice. But a regular Hotspot would have been great. Service was excellent, altough I have not experienced any problems to be solved.

Ich hatte zu Beginn einige Bedenken ob der doch vorhandenen schlechten Kritiken. Bei mir hat aber alles Bestens funktioniert. Der Preis war deutlich billiger als nei den Mitbewerbern.👍

Meine Datensimkarte für einen Huawei Mobilrouter war problemlos in Brasilien zu aktivieren, und funktioniert besser als das Hotelwifi. Vor allem geht es mir um eine Internetverbindung für unterwegs, und da kann ich Travsim nur bestens empfehlen.
